I'm pretty sure just about every one of you talented craftsters has decoupaged eggs at Easter. I tried it many years and I suppose it turned out as decent as any of my DIY projects back then.
I recently did a post and a how-to on decoupaging eggs - not because it's new, but because there are just so many sites (pinterest!) that feature lovely ones. You can find lots of decoupage inspiration (including eggs) here.
Since I am still putting finishing touches on my Blue and White greatroom makeover, I couldn't resist trying this technique again.
SO HERE IS MY SINGLE DEOUPATED EGG
Ta-Da
She turned out okay
An easy, inexpensive and fun Easter project
And, just maybe, I will make some more this week!

Love your egg, Rhonda! I had wanted to pick up some pretty napkins and try this myself, but seem to have run out of time. Love your bunnies and chicks!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, Rhonda. Love the egg to match your decor and the bunnies are sweet.

ReplyDeleteHi Rhonda,
ReplyDeleteI found you on Richard's blog (My Old Historic Home). I'll be looking at your older posts here pretty soon. Your decoupage egg turned out good and I love those little white bunnies, are they old? They look like it (which is a good thing in my book) *winks*
Thanks for following my blog! Have a great week!
Gina
