Fall Decorating Early

Happy Fall Y'all

I don't think I am alone in starting my Fall decorating before Fall actually arrives!! It is still quite warm HOT here in Central Alabama! And, I am so ready for cool relief - hopefully, it's just around the corner

Great Room
You have probably seen this backdrop a lot but I
am still in love with the old oak mirror frame filled
with antique, white, ironstone platters.

I got two of these grapevine cornucopias at a thrift shop.

Love these stacked pumpkins in a metal pot

The large cloche holds three tree sections and
a vintage set that includes two canoes and
three straw women carrying supplies

This is so special to me!
Two year old Mason was picking his pun'kin from the pumpkin patch
They grow up way too fast!

The staircase in the foyer is dressed in a
faux leaf swag with a simple burlap bow

We won't buy real pumpkins for a couple of weeks so that they will last through the season - maybe!

I will be adding more decor as Halloween nears and I really want a pretty fall wreath for the front door.  Should I buy one ready to hang or make it myself???

  1. Very pretty! I love the ironstone platters in the frame. Lovely Fall decor and the canoes under the cloche with the logs are very unique.
