I promised I would be back soon to share the "after" picture of the chest that I recently took to my booth at Old Bank Antiques.
I love this color combination - Old White and Duck Egg
Annie Sloan Chalk Paint
A reminder of how it looked with just the Old White paint
I traded the original pulls for these pretty
French ones that I had in my hardware box.
The top has a recessed slab of marble that
has white and creamy tones
I added turned wooden legs to the bottom of this old vintage suitcase-
my Christmas music books are hiding them here
I filled the suitcase with shredded paper
and tucked in lots of handmade ornaments
Little hand dyed bottle brush trees made the scene again this year
This was the first year I made cones
I started out with rolled up sheets of music
but soon decided I liked the look of aged coffee filters better
Inside my canvas, vintage fabric, and lace booklets
you will find a single Christmas carol
I only ended up with two of these,
but I think I may just have to make more
I think the little glitter coffee filters cones are the sweetest things ever!
This pretty booth belongs to Leda and Jack
My wicker mannequin has the pleasure of modeling
the gorgeous antique lawn dress
