Pink Things

Happy Pink Saturday everyone!  If you want to see more lovely pinks, head over to Beverly’s @ How Sweet The Sound.

I imagine a bowl full of mashed potatoes for
Half Pint and Mary Ingalls when I see this photograph!

This is one of the many vintage items that sister #2 sent for me to sell at my booth.

As usual, I am having separation anxiety
when I think of taking it to my booth!!!

Alex is making the cutest, tulle tutus to sell in my booth.
This one is chilling out on my big cloche!

Purple and pink always look good together.

Al recently repotted our cacti in colorful ceramic pots.
They added some fun color to the winter ugly courtyard!
Have a wonderful weekend.
Rhonda

  5. I would have separation anxiety parting with that bowl, too. I have one similar and no way am I putting it on the website or my Etsy shop! It will stay mine! That shape and size is just so useful, too!
    Happy Pink Saturday!

  6. Happy Pink Saturday Rhonda Sweetie...
What a gorgeous share today. I love the beautiful little tutu's, how precious they are. I can just see a wee one as she spins and turns and hops in her beautiful skirt of netting. Just like a princess.

That bowl would not be going to the booth. I am afraid it would have to stay at my home as well. You are SO right. I can see Caroline serving Half Pint, Mary and the family mashed potatoes out of that bowl.

Loved the cactus pots as well. A little color never hurt any cactus.

Many hugs and much love, Sherry

  7. Great looking old bowl. Kind of like the ones my own gramma used to serve mashed potatoes in..sigh. I love those tutus...we made similar ones for a dance recital last year rather than order those tacky looking ones you get from the wholesaler. And..I gotta tell you- that cactus--far right? yeah....that one...looks kinda scary...alien like. Promise me you won't put it in your bedroom...just sayin... Hugs-Diana

  11. I would have trouble parting with that sweet bowl too. I know how you feel. I keep bringing home things to sell, but want to keep them all :)

  12. I am with you. I don't think I could give up the bowl. You are right about seeing it in Little House, it looks like it would have been right at home there.
    Happy Pink Saturday, Char

  13. That bowl would be a keeper at my house. I like the new pot colors, my front pots could use a little distraction from the winter blaah's. I think I will plant a couple of primroses to brighten things up, I think they should be pink.
