I have gone 'thrift store hopping' several times over the last two weeks and found some wonderful items.
Most of them need a little magic and some were ready to go.I used two of my finds here with just a little presto chango magic!
Not all artificial flowers are created equal
Some of these flowers have frayed some
It's simple to trim a fresh edge with little scissors
It even has one of my favorite flowers - beautiful dogwood blossoms
I love vintage Homco pieces like this one
I grab them up when I find them
I gave it a shabby white finish
-After the little make-over-
A little green moss around the top and some more fluffing
will have her ready for my Old Banks Antiques booth
I love the pale pinks and greens with the chalky white finish of the wall pocket
This miniature soup tureen is in perfect condition and ready to go
It is only about 9" wide...Sweeeet!
Even the little ladle was with it and amazingly not glued together!!

maybe the little soup tureen is really a jam server. Jam servers used to be real popular and that little spoon looks like a jam server. What do you think?
