This week is spring break in Alabama. Caroline and I spent five days of it in Florida with Alex. We ate a lot…we shopped a lot…we felt Mason kick a lot…and we felt blessed to be together.
I will repeat it again, God is good. I have no idea how those who don’t know him survive the speed bumps in life.
I, of course, had to stop at every thrift store, antique mall, consignment store, and flea market that we passed. I found some great things.
I found all of these lovely vintage collars at a wonderful antique/gift shop.
I can’t pick a favorite…I love them all!
This white one is precious. It is in great shape too.
The beige lace one is sweet…love the square shape!
The one on the left has the kind of lace that I adore. (machine net? needle lace?)
I found more goodies, but today is just going to be for celebrating vintage lace and my birthday!

ReplyDeleteRhonda -
ReplyDeleteI love your vintage flea market finds! Florida has the best flea markets ever - we love to search for treasures when we visit our condo on the beach near Melbourne. This is my very first visit to your lovely blog - I am so glad I found you here. Just looking around has been great fun! I wish the best for your daughter in the expectations of a new baby. We have a little 18 month old grandson named Mason - our hearts are so taken with him! And like you - we are expecting a new grand baby ina few weeks - a little girl this time. I am a knitter, (obsessive knitter!) and my blog has been mainly focused on baby nitting and such the last few weeks - so I am sure you understand!
I will certainly be back to visit again - I have had a wonderful time here--
Vicki
