Is a Blog Hop Anything Like a Sock Hop???

No, I am not quite old enough to be a sock hopper, but I do have older brothers and sisters, so I heard the term around the house.

Today, I am jumping on the blog-hopping train. It looks like it's a very popular train to be on!!! So, I am sharing three things that you don't know about me! (Except for the folks in #1. They should know these things!!)

.....................................................................................................................................

1. I am the youngest of six children, all from the same parents...20 years between the oldest and youngest!!!! And I love my four sisters and my one bro very much.

2. I have been a professional decorative painter/faux finisher for fifteen years. My first partner and I did all the decorative finishes in the 1996 "Southern Living Premier House" and I also did work in the 2001 "Autumn Tour of Homes" both in Jackson, MS. It was hard work @ n/c but, soooo much fun...and totally worth it for the free press - a couple of them below! And yes, if you click to enlarge, you will find my tiny little name on there!!!

It's hard to believe this was 13 years ago. The interior designers were so good that today the interior of this house would not look dated. Proof that good interior design is not about fads!!

This house was crazy gorgeous!!! I could have moved right in... I felt like I did for the week that I worked on it!!

3.I am deathly scared of snakes. Don't want to talk about it anymore!!!

......................................................................................................................................

Join in the fun! Tell us three things we don't know about you!!!
