I got these butterflies in acrylic boxes from a friend back in Jackson, MS.
Karen is a talented interior designer. I did the decorative painting/faux finishing for her clients. The best job was a Southern Living Home. Now, that was fun.
I had the little boxes framed. I spent too much on the frames, but since the butterflies were a gift, I justified it! They turned out fabulous and I like them a lot!
Now, head on over to "The Gypsy's Corner" to see more "Three or More Tuesday" collections.

Just beautiful. They remind me of my son. He loved to collect butterflies when he was a young boy. I always thought he'd be an entomologist. But instead he is a computer geek. But he still loves butterflies & still has some of his original collection. He should have framed them like you have done.
ReplyDeleteI love these!
ReplyDeleteThey are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteAnd a Southern Living home? That must have been amazing!
Thanks - Cass
