Found this frame while junking last week
I love fanciful frames and old wooden coat hangers too!
I painted the hanger with Annie Sloan old white and
embellished it with 'romantical' stamps, hand dyed
seam binding, and a little cluster of vintage pink roses
And just in case you noticed the London-like background
