I finally fired up the sewing machine today. I have been spending time with our new grandson instead of making pillows for my Etsy store.
I knew it would feel good to get back to tending the store. I have neglected it long enough. I still had to play with Mason between seams so it pretty much took the whole afternoon to complete it!
I love how it turned out. I got this done just in time for Mother’s Day, which is May 9th. Of course, this pillow would be a great gift any time of year.
I adore the all cream color palette.
Isn’t the image of this mother and baby just gorgeous?
I had to add a cluster of tiny hand made flowers.
It has my standard envelope style back.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful pillow and of course you have to play with Mason now. He is more important. I just got a sewing machine and can't wait to see if I can still sew. Have to figure out how to get started first.
